Supported Living Services
Eligibility: Anyone over the age of 18 with an autism diagnosis, assessed as having 24/7 care and support needs, and residing in the Bedford or Central Bedfordshire catchment area, is eligible for our supported living services.
At-Home Outreach Service
Our outreach service caters to individuals over 18 years old who have an autism diagnosis and may require support for various tasks:
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
- Household Chores
- Accessing College
- Accessing Volunteering Opportunities
- Budgeting Skills
- Shopping, Meal Planning, and Preparation
- Accessing the Community
- Social Calls to Reduce Social Isolation
Community Access
While we primarily support individuals in the Bedford Borough Council or Central Bedfordshire Council catchment areas, we also connect with community groups across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire.
