We believe that every autistic adult deserves to be valued, respected and supported to reach their full potential. We are proud to be part of the 6 C’s movement that promotes compassionate care for all health and social care staff in the UK.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centred and compassionate care for autistic adults in the UK. We aim to:

• Care for our clients as individuals, respecting their dignity, preferences and choices.
• Compassionately support our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations, and to live fulfilling and independent lives.
• Competently deliver effective and evidence-based interventions and services, tailored to the needs and strengths of our clients.
• Communicate openly and honestly with our clients, their families and other professionals, involving them in every decision and ensuring their voices are heard.
• Courageously advocate for our clients’ rights and interests, and challenge any discrimination or injustice they may face.
• Commit ourselves to continuous learning and improvement, and to working in partnership with our clients, their families and other organisations.
